Keyavi Web Supported File Types

Keyavi Web works in Read-only modeClosed Files protected with read-only mode open in the file type's default application. The file cannot be copied, printed, shared, or saved. and supports the following file types:

  • PDF

  • Excel

  • Word

  • PowerPoint

  • RTF

  • HTML

  • Text

It's possible to grant Read-only access to external users for Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt and .pptx) files. However, external users won't be able to open the files, and an error message will display.
