They also share files outside of the company using credentials from services like Google, Windows, and Apple.

Whether you're an internal user with the company using your organization's credentials, or an external user signing in with a service account like Google, you'll use the Keyavi app to access the Keyavi-protected files. Your Keyavi administrator provides an organization code that you'll use to set up your Keyavi app.

Get the Keyavi Apps

Depending on how your organization uses Keyavi, you might already have Keyavi on your computer or device. But if you don't have a Keyavi app, you can download it from these locations:

Your sign-in experience differs depending on how your company configured Keyavi. With Keyavi Standard Configuration, you'll see a sign-in screen that looks like this where you use your company email and password to sign in:

If your organization set up Keyavi Standard Configuration with Consumer Support configuration, you'll see a sign-in screen like this:

Internal users with company credentials sign in with the top button that shows the company name.

External users with social credentials from Google, Apple, or Microsoft sign in with the corresponding button.
